Job Opening:

We are always looking for dynamic professional to work in our company.  Currently we have following opening.

First Job Opening:

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Will plan, maintain and refine HVAC systems for organizations under holding company.

Duties:
■ Design and estimate the cooler cost and any maintenance or structural changes at a holding location with 3D Drawing using Wildfire 2.0.
■ Represent and explain to the management 3D model and cost of any cooler/refrigeration unit.
■ Configure the compressor and condenser fan motor capacity according to the cooler cooling area for any new cooler or to update and maintain an aging unit.
■ Direct installation of two compressor units 50 tone with condenser fan and censure its connection to the computer system at our corporate location to check its performance.
■ Check the manually compressor pressure, refrigerant gas level and cooling temperature to make sure every-thing working fine after installation.
■ Direct the Configuration and installation of blowers inside coolers to evenly distribute the coldness.
■ Handle responsibilities of verifying the working of the control system as per the set standards
■ Convert the 3D drawings to 2D drawings utilizing extensive knowledge of Wildfire 2.0 and create the BOM (Bill of material) from 2D drawings.
■ Diagnose and supervise the all repaired work on heating, air conditioning and refrigeration at headquarters and direct such work at corporate office..
■ Responsible for reviewing the HVAC documents to ensure compliance with specifications.
■ Handle responsibilities of developing the design concepts of HVAC systems and perform analysis of the same.
■ Developed standard design criteria to support HVAC designs for handling various projects for Three Ps as well as its many, varied organizations under the holdings umbrella.
■ Select and size HVAC equipments through Heat Load calculation.
■ Expert in Material Purchase, Vendor identification and negotiations as per requirement.
■ Responsible for maintaining the functionality of all computer systems including the network, servers, desktop/laptop machines, network/stand-alone printers at our corporate office to ensure efficient management of data processing, cooling, refrigeration, for all HVAC units and accounting systems.
■ Designed and implemented backup and recovery strategies for all network system including monitoring system
■ Ability to preparing new computer system with latest OS (operating system) as per the requirement.
■ 25% = Supervise the Maintenance work on HVAC System (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
■ 25% = Supervise refrigeration system like walking cooler including individual refrigeration unites.
■ 20% = Converting drawing from manual to CAD tool using wildfire 2.0
■ 20% = Material Purchase, Vendor identification and negotiations as per requirement.
■ 10% = maintaining the all computer systems including the network, servers, desktop/laptop machines, network/stand-alone printers & implemented backup and recovery strategies for entire network system.
Job based in South Plainfield, NJ
40hr/wk, M-F, 9-5pm, $108,000.00 per year.

Job Title: Financial Manager

Duties:
Financial Manager will direct the preparation of financial reports that summarize and forecast company's financial position, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analysis of future earnings or expenses. S/He will monitor and control the flow of cash receipts and disbursements to meet the business and investment needs of the company. S/He will also perform data analysis and provide it to management in form of reports.  

Qualifications:

BS/BBA Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Accounting OR its equivalent at minimum.
